Valentines Party

Our ward "play group" had a party yesterday for Valentines and it was so much fun. The kids had the best time decorating their bags, frosting cookies and cupcakes and eating delicious food.

These two girls are the best of friends. They were so happy to see each other and sad once it was time to go.
Passing out Valentines

They were so excited to go through their bags

This little girl has a BIG sweet tooth.

Ethel M Chocolate Factory...

A couple weeks ago we had play group at the Ethel M. Chocolate Factory. It was fun to see how they make the chocolate and then of course sample some of their yummy chocolate. After the tour the kids ran around the cactus garden they had on their property. It was a fun outing and as you can see the girls enjoyed it...

Kylie is a happy girl when she's got her chocolate... Uh... I wonder were she gets that from???

Kylie was so excited to pick out some chocolate to take home..

Britain wanted some too.

Our trip to Mammoth

We went with some of our really good friends to Mammoth this past weekend and with 6 kids and 6 adults managed to have an awesome time. We had a great time relaxing, sitting in the hot tub, playing in the snow, doing a little shopping, going on the Gondola, snowboarding, napping and watching UFC. The kids had the best time playing in the snow, playing in the play room, watching Little Einsteins and dancing around the house. It was fun to watch them all play together. Mike was able to get one day of boarding in and I was able to get an LONG nap. So Mom and Dad were happy!!!! Despite almost everyone being sick we all had a great time. Thanks to Justin and Jenny for a great time. We love hanging out with them and getting the kids together.

Gondola Ride.. So fun! Kylie LOVED playing in the snow

Britains 1 Year Photo Shoot...

A friend took these adorable pictures of Britain. I just wanted some thing different than Kiddie Kandids. I think they turned out great. She was not very smiley but she captured some sweet little expressions.

Here are just a few of my favorites!!!!

Andersons Dairy Farm

Last week for play group we went to Andersons Dairy Farm. It was so fun to watch all the kids walk the hallways and see how they make ice cream and milk. The best part about it was that everyone got to sample some yummy ice cream at the end.

Thanks for such a fun day Anjie!!!

Cute girlfriends!!

Brit LOVED the ice cream and was TICKED once it was gone.

Yummy ice cream.

Kylie was a little disappointed about these cows. She wanted to see the real thing.

No more Nursery

So we have been out of town alot of January but 2 weeks we were home and Kylie went to Primary for the first time. Kylie was so excited to start in her new class at church. The morning of her first day she kept saying "I am going to Primary because I am big now... no more Nursery".. I thought for sure she was going to cry once it was time but she walked through the double doors and went right to her seat. I do have to say, it was a proud moment for me. During Sunday School I was out in the hallway with Britain so I went and peaked in on Kylie. Kylie looked so cute sitting in her chair singing songs. I will admit that it was a little emotional for me. I am looking forward to Mothers Day and Fathers Day even more this year. She is growing up so fast and I am so proud of her. She loves going to church and loves telling us all about it right after. She is such a good girl (most of the time) and we are lucky and feel blessed to have her in our family.
