Christmas 2008

Christmas is one of my favorite holidays. I love being home and just hanging out with family. We loved watching the kids open their presents and seeing the expression on their faces. Santa came and brought Kylie and Brit awesome presents, we ate yummy food (ALL DAY LONG), sang songs, laughed, ate some more and were in bed by 9pm. Thanks to Dave and Skye for having us over for dinner. The food was fabulous like always. It was a fun and relaxing day.

Kylie was so excited about her Kitchen from Santa

Britain and her shopping cart from Santa.

Kylie loved all her presents.

Daddy's favorite present that Brit got. LOL!! 120 pieces of food...

All dressed in their red and white outfits

Parker got a sweet camera from Santa so we had to take a picture. He is pretty much a pro at taking pictures....

All dressed to sing songs around the tree

Brit and baby Jesus

Love these two little faces

Christmas Eve and Good Friends

We spent Christmas Eve with some of our totally awesome friends. Thanks Cassey and Tyrale for having us at your home. We had a great time eating, laughing, telling stories, playing games and painting toes.

We had such a great time we just might have to make it a tradition.

Quick picture before we headed out.

Kylie loves reading to Brit Brit.

Some of the yummy treats.

Cute little ones.... They were talking baby talk all night.. It was so cute...

Silly girls....

The guys hanging out playing games.

The "Awesome" Hosts.. Thanks again guys!!!

SNOW + VEGAS= FUN

Last week it snowed here in Vegas and we had a blast playing in it. I took the kids out right when it started and they loved it. I know it might not look like alot but we got a couple inches by the end of the day. I know.. I know.. A couple inches is nothing, but hey.... for Vegas it was a lot. Kylie loved eating it and Brit loved to put her hand up in the air and try and touch it.

"Kitchen... I want a Kitchen Santa"

We took the girls to see Santa this past weekend at Bass Pro Shop and we thought for sure it was going to be a disaster. But hey for a free picture with Santa we were going to attempt it. Well, to our surprise it was a great day. We only stood in line for 10 minutes and Kylie was very excited to tell him what she wanted for Christmas. Right when we walked up to him she said "Kitchen and paused".... "I want a Kitchen Santa"........ "Please". It was really cute. Brit on the other hand was not a happy little girl. She cryed and looked at him like he was an alien. Poor little girl, but she had to stick it out because if you know me you know that I wanted the pictures. LOL! We also got to decorate candy canes as reindeer, Mike and Kylie shot guns, we took a ga-zillion pictures and Mike and Kylie picked out quads that they wanted to take home (maybe next year guys). I love this time of the year. I love the lights, the yummy treats, the cold weather, being with family and of course most of all our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

We love Santa! Well some of us.

Shooting with daddy.

Making candy cane reindeer.

Kylie and her cute little friend Reagan.

Brit loved the reindeer.

Kylie could have watched them all day.

This was Mikes pick. "Yes, Please" were his exact words...

Kylie of course wanted the PINK quad.

Thanksgiving and too much food...........

We had an awesome Thanksgiving with our family in California. We started off our Thanksgiving with Mikes mom and dad for a delicious breakfast. Hung out for a little while and then went and watched Mike play volleyball. We were then off to my sister Joetta's house for a yummy dinner. We had a terrific holiday weekend. Ate way to much food, Learned how to make a turkey, went to the movies (Twilight was awesome) and ended the weekend at the Staples Center to watch the Lakers.
